I'm not able to watch the Apple tv shows on my roku. I can watch other content on the app like the curiosity stream just not the Apple tv original content. I've spoken to customer service and they said they're working on it but I've not heard back so I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I have this problem too, except some Apple TV original content plays and some doesn't. I found a post online that said to delete the Apple TV app, restart the Roku, reinstall the app and sign in again, but this did not fix the issue.
