Couldn’t hear people in a call

i couldn’t hear people in a phone call , but facetime and messenger are ok. They also can hear me in a phone call , i tried to change the sim card and nothing changed

iPhone 6, iOS 12

You can try the troubleshooting here, If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support but you may also wish to contact your carrier.
