How retrieve text messages

You are not going to be able to retrieve deleted text messages unless you restore your iPhone from a back up that you may have created. Note that if you restore your iPhone from a backup then the text messages will only be as current as the day and time your backup was created.

If you're using iCloud Syncing for Messages, the messages are not part of your back up. Once you delete them, they're gone.
