Pool Swim Data Error

My watch workout data was working fine until the most recent iOS update when I went for my swim this morning, the following have occurred:

• it paused on its own
• when i "unpaused" it, the time duration and distance reset but my lap count still continued
• at the end of my 1-hour workout it only logged 13 mins of exercise time with 400m distance even though it counted 70 laps (which is the only accurate thing here because before it all wonked midway i was already down to 1500m so it should have ended at 1,750m total distance)

This is very unusual since my activity app would show that i exercised for 59 mins, but my swim time only shows 13 mins (and that's the only exercise I have done so far today).

This can be very frustrating since the main purpose of having this watch is to log my workouts as accurately as possible. Please do a quick fix on this! Your update messed it up :(
