Do I need a voltage converter to travel to Israel?

I'm traveling to Israel and Turkey and am bringing my MacBook Air (2017) and iPhone XR with me. Will bringing a power converter for these 2 countries suffice in charging my devices, or will I need a voltage converter as well, since the electrical systems in these 2 countries operate at a higher voltage than the US.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

The plug adaptor is enough; all MacBook Airs and iPhones will take 100 to 240 volts.
