Cannot use app store

I cannot download any app in app store, could you help me, please? It requires the verification confirmation and access to the system. Thank you in advance!

You need another trusted device or telephone number.

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

If you can't sign in with two-step verification using your Apple ID - Apple Support

Apple ID - Password/Security Questions verification e-mail not received
