I recently took in my iPhone for some screen damage and my volume button not working, and they switched out my whole phone. I however didn’t realize until I got home that my WiFi button is greyd out I can’t turn it on or anything. I restarted my phone and even reset it but it’s still greyd out. Anything else I can do?

Is it on airplane mode by any chance? Did you go to settings>general>reset>and reset network settings?
