I bought a 3-months abonnement from SimplyPiano app with the price of € 47,99, but they have charged me twice this value and taken money two times from my credit account.

If it shows as paid twice on the iTunes account's purchase history contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
