how to delete all contacts from iCloud

If you don't want the contact info your your phone anymore, go to Settings/iCloud and disable "Contacts"

You will be asked, if the contact info should be erased on the phone. Tap on "Yes" to do that.

Your contact info will still remain in iCloud though, unless you log into iCloud on your computer and erase the info in the iCloud contact app.

Enter to iCloud.com, select the contact in the "All Contacts list", press the Delete key, then click Delete.
