Deceased relative. The iPad is disabled and linked to an Apple ID. Apple ID account or the email the device was linked with for the Apple ID so the password can not be reset. What can we do to reset the iPad without ID?

My grandma recently passed away. A relative entered the passcode wrong too many times so her iPad is disabled. We do not have access to her Apple ID account or the email the device was registered with for the Apple ID so the password can not be reset. What can we do to reset the iPad without Apple ID password?

Also take a copy of the will or a document that shows you inherited it.
