Me, Sprint and Apple tried everything. But guess what? I tried it with ear buds and she worked. I took the cover off and put it back on and it fixed itself. Go figure??? Thanks for trying to help.

Check your
Settings > Siri & Search > Voice Feedback > select Always.
Already did that.
