I bought a new Iphone 11 Pro and I am trying to download apps from the app store ever since, but somehow I am not able to do it. I tried to update the phone, restart it, tried and add new payment method, at last I reset the phone and still nothing. What should I do?
It doesn't want you to double-click the screen, it wants you to double-click that side button to complete the transaction. Try that, and I believe you should be successful. Come back if you continue to have a problem.

What happens when you attempt to download apps from the App Store? Do you see an error? If so, what is the exact text of the error?

so when I click get button, it goes in waiting and shows to double click on side screen. When I touch the screen twice, it goes back to get option!!
