iCloud charges

Good morning, I am trying to figure out why I am being charged $2.99, $6.39 and $14.99 for apple icloud. I understand the $14.99 the others I should not be charged and have been getting charge for almost 1 year now. I have iPhone 11

One possibility for the $2.99 charge is for a 200GB iCloud storage upgrade. To check what storage you have and to downgrade if desired, see: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

For other possibilities for monthly charges, see: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Also see the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
