Within a six month iphone XS battery health become a 89%, after installed IOS 13.3.1 suddenly battery health drop 3% down. should i be concerned?
How can i maintain the battery life of an iphone XS?

It doesn't seem too serious. They usually recommend a new battery when it drops below 80%. See this for more detail:
