Bluetooth Problem

My iPhone 8 is running IOS 13.1.3 and my iPad 2 is on 9.3.5. They are failing to connect to each other on Bluetooth despite both being visible on each other. My Windows 10 laptop is also behaving the same way with both.

You can't pair an iOS device with another iOS device or a computer. That has never been a feature.


What are you trying to accomplish?
