How to change my apple store region
I need to change my region on apple store but when ever i try to change a message that i cant change my region unless i use the remaining 10 cents any ideas

Use the Contact Support at the top right corner of this page and reach out to iTunes Support. They can wipe the 10 cents off your account, which will then let you change your region.
