The Apple ID password or the device passcode?


Apple ID password. Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.


Apple ID - Manage https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin


Apple ID – Forgot Password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487


Device passcode.


If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
