My iPhone 7 continuously turns off and on by itself

I have an iPhone 7. It continuously turns off by itself and then turns off, but only stays on for less than 2 minutes, and also only charges for up to 3% even when its been on the charger the whole night, help!?!

It's time to visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
