I can't update my software

hi

I have IPhone 8 Plus and i received my IOS update today for IOS 13.3.1

i tap download and install but when i tap it says (Software Update Failed , an error occurred downloading iOS13

can you please tell me what should i do right now and what is happening to my IPhone?
