my macbook has problem showing available network after wake from sleep mode or even after restart. It takes like 10min plus before can show available wireless network. Otherwise I need to use Apps like wifi scanner , and then the system start to show available network .
anyone has faced such issue ? I have reset NVRAM as well but good sign. I’m using 10.15.3

Overview Your Login Items:
Go To: .System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items > Remove Anything WiFi related, such as “wifi scanner”. Then Restart and see if this still occurs
Try a New Administrator:
Create a new administrator and see if this still occurs. If not, it’s something configured in your current user.
