How do I find out what devices are logged into my phone and ipad

No other devices are logged into your other devices. That’s not how it works. If you mean you want to see what devices you are signed into the with your Apple ID, go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud. Your list of devices will appear there. You can’t also see them in the settings in iCloud.com using a web browser on a computer.
