Hello! I recently switched cell phone providers and have two iphones now - one I use and one I need to send back. I am unable to log into my Apple ID on my old phone to reset it to factory settings. Any time the verification code comes up, there is no pop up on my other phone. Where do I enter the verification code at?? Help!

The verification code is coming up on the phone I need to reset - can I still use it on that one? It only generates when the password box doesn't come up. If the password box does come up, it tells me the verification failed.

If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123 (no spaces).
If the phone is a trusted device, it will receive the code. After getting the code, can you tap another Setting, and then go back to get a new sign in box?
