Hi, i have iPhone 6 Plus since last 2 years. one day my phone slipped to my hand and damage, so i was go to repair and he was repaired my phone and enter his icloud id for checking my phone for few days. now he gave me my phone but forget own icloud password. so i want to delete hi account in my phone, please help me to delete someone else account in my phone and i want to put my old icloud account in my iphone, please help me.

See if he can recover his password. Have him enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

yes exactly, he enter different passwords too many time because he forget his password that why his id have been locked.
