When I click the enter/return key, it also turns the volume on/off and types in a slash. Ive contacted support about this, and unfortunately I cant schedule an appointment because of the coronavirus situation in my town. Does anyone from the community have any idea how I can fix this??

Your keyboard sounds like it’s eligible for the keyboard replacement program, which is a problem with the mechanism in your keyboard, causing the problem. https://support.apple.com/en-us/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks
unfortunately, this is a hardware issue and you need to book an appointment With the Apple store, but since you can’t for now you could try if there are any Apple authorised service provider that is still open.
