can you access card information on a pc

Can I access my apple card info on my pc. My phone is currently out of commision and I need my card information! I can't get into my phone to access it.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

You can only get the card information on the iPhone it is attached to.

Thank you! My iPhone was out of commission and I was waiting on a replacement. I had to wait to get my new phone but needed the numbers off of that card. Thanks so much, lesson learned haha!
