Hi I was told I was getting a refund of $20.99 and that was on the 15th March it hasn’t gone in to my account, no one is responding to this can you please help

How long it takes depends on your payment method and billing cycle. Typically, credit cards can take up to 30 days, while cellular billing up to 60 days.
