iPhone disabled

Good morning,

I have an iPhone 8 plus, few days ago I dropped it and the screen shattered.

the phone got disabled and it is saying connect to iTunes, when I do it won't read it.

this phone hasn't been backed up over a year, is there anyway we could get it backed up.

every Apple Store in the city is closed and I'd like to get my spare phone going for now.

please let me know I do have important things on this phone.
