I can't add songs to music library anymore

Since the new update to the Music app (from itunes to "music") when i try to add a song from apple music to my library, the + symbol buffers for a bit, and then fails. On all my devices, I've tried signing in and out of my cloud library... then restarting, but nothing works. I am so nervous that I am thinking of going to a competitor. Please, fix this quick!

From what I've read is that you're unable to add music since updating to macOS Catalina. I'd like to help. Does this occur on all devices or just your Mac? Are you able to connect to a different Wi-Fi network or use cellular data to see if the issue persists?


I would also suggest restarting all devices including your router to see if that helps.
