Spinning Wheel After Contacts Name in Messages App

I have a problem where when I want to send a text message or iMessage and I start to type in a contacts name; the auto-populate shows me the name, I click the persons name, but then a little spinning circle appears next to the persons name and I can’t send the message.

furthermore, if I do this when composing a group message, the contacts with the spinning circle are removed from the message and only some of the contacts I selected are actually in the to field of the message. The contacts that had a spinning circle are removed automatically And aren’t included in the group message

Didn’t work. It’s a big I’m sure. It’s the same contacts and telephone numbers that been in my iPhone for years. It happens with both android contacts and iPhone contacts. It doesn’t matter who the recipient is.
