When I went to the apple store to try and get help to fix my phone they told me it was "dead" and that I needed a new one completely. They offered no other help on recovering my phone so all of my photos were lost. I cannot find them via my iCloud account or anything. It seems like USB cords also don't work and it won't charge via a bluetooth charger. How can I recover my photos?

Periodically, you suppose to make backups of your iPhone, in iCloud, or with iTunes on your personal computer. Apple will not do data recovery

If you can not access your phone, then you cannot access your photos. When was your last backup?

Can Apple use any ID number or anything to fix my phone and get my photos?
