Unauthorized Charges

everytime I have money in my Apple party I get these crazy charges on top of one another. I currently have two 10.65 charges for (Apple/bill) which I don’t even know what it means and it charged me on March 14 also. I would like a full refund of my money.

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement.

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

Are you sure you are seeing charges from Apple? It is possible you have been scammed.

Did you provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, your bank, etc.
