Hello Sarah_nesta,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with Quick Start.

If you already set up your device, you can erase it. Be aware, this will erase all the current data. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If you didn't set the device up, you should just have to power it down, and then power it back up. You should get the setup option again: Use Quick Start to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Thanks and have a wonderful day.
