I've been in the process of resetting my parent's old MacBook Pro and looks like I did that part but when I tried to reinstall the OS, I've had many issues. The last OS on here was Mojave so not sure if that was part of the problem but after receiving some error/failure messages, now I have a black screen with a flashing file folder that has a question mark on it. Please help!
