Camera won't work

after upgrade to catalina, my webcam not working. I'm using macbook pro 2017. any clue?

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

Check again that the USB connection is good, and reboot. If you have a USB hub, does the web cam work through that?


Catalina only supports 64-bit applications and drivers. If your (anonymous) webcam required 32-bit vendor software installed to use it, then Catalina will not support it. If this is true, check with the webcam vendor for 64-bit software updates.
