I assume by album, you mean a CD. First you need to import the CD to your computer:

Import songs from CDs into iTunes on PC - Apple Support'

Import songs from CDs into Music on Mac - Apple Support

Then you need to sync your iPod to your computer:

Sync iTunes content on PC with your devices - Apple Support
