Newly upgraded Catalina (From High Sierra) created the Relocated Items folder, hidden in the Users file. I have many folders there that contain files I need. They are compatible with Catalins, except for a few random files that are no longer supported. I want to move these files to a more accessible location, similar to the "hard drive" where they used to be. Any suggestions?
iMac Line (2012 and Later)
You can’t move any of them to the root level of the hard drive. That is why they were relocated. Move the into your home folder where they belong.
The root level of the startup drive in Catalina is protected and cannot be modified.
