Earpiece volume low .

Hi . The earpiece volume on my iPhone 6S is very low . I am unable to hear the other person speaking even in a silent room . The speaker volume is good and I can hear the person using earphones. But not otherwise . Please help.

If you only hear through speaker phone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
