MacBook air

So I was wondering if anyone has had their MacBook Air crash and then when you go back into login the loading bar just stops and it won’t load!!??? Has anyone had this problem?? If so please help!?!?

Crash? More detail may be helpful. Have you tried booting into safe mode? How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
