While charging my 5s phone a message came on screen . Cellular update failed . Your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated . I scrolled down to What to do next ,connected my phone to my computer and that is as far as I got . Help .
Sorry to bother you ,however I can not come up with the icons you so kindly posted . There may be more to it than I have the ability to solve . I will deliver my computer and phone to my local guru tomorrow ( Monday ) to update . Thanks for your help .
On your computer, launch iTunes, and then click update iPhone and see if that solves the issue.
on iTunes, you’ll see this little iPhone icon near the top. Click that.

Thanks , My problem is all of the itune downloads I cannot find where to update . my computer knowledge is limited but through the community I hope to improve my skills .
