i have 11 pro max after a week 1% battery health decrease means after 3 weeks the battery health goes dowb 100% to 97% ?
Multitasking during a call:
There's no problem with the battery.
If after a year or 2 and your iPhone battery health goes below 80%,
make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
It's the proximity sensor (at the top part of the screen)
iPhone switch screen (interface) off so that your ear/face do not accidentally interrupt the call.
