The instructions to magnify ipad screen say
1) go to settings>display & brightness
2) tap view (below display zoom) choose zoomed.
I don't see a display zoom in my settings.
Are there useable apple guide instructions for magnifying the ipad screen? If so, where? If not, is there another way to magnify the ipad screen?

That works on an iPad Pro 12.9 inch. For other iPads the Zoom feature is under Accessibility.
