In November I bought a new iPhone. Got the free 1 year of Apple TV. On March 25, 2020 I bought the new iPad but it is not allowing a 1 year Apple TV subscription. My termination date for Apple TV shows only the November date for the iPhone end of free offer. I believe I am owed a full year, until March of 2021 on the iPad purchase. Please respond. When I tried to enroll in the free offer I was advised I was already a subscriber.

It would be a courtesy if Apple would make that clear. Anyone reading the promos about get a free year of Apple TV with purchase, would assume that the purchase included the benefit. I saw no “one offer per customer” exclusion. Bad advertising in my opinion. And kind of a slap to an obviously ‘invested’ Apple consumer.
As stated it is in the terms, and those are also standard conditions. The offer is for 1 year, and you already received it. You are expecting it to be extended simply because you bought another device and that is not realistic nor is that in any way implied.
