Cannot reset security questions of the Apple ID
Why can't I reset my question. Now I'm stuck and can't sign in, please help.

If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

Briefly, to remove the activation lock you will need to have the Apple ID password used by the person setting the device up prior erasing it. Otherwise, we can't help with activation lock, and Apple support will not help unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., you have the receipt for your purchase of the device with its serial number on it or a court order instructing Apple to assist in the provision of access to a decedent’s information from the deceased person's accounts). I tried but it says that Apple doesn't have information about it, but I already sign in and everything is perfect until Apple says that my security questions doesn't work.
I'd already contact Apple Id Support, and they said that they will answer my question within the next 48 hours. By the way, does it work when my Ipad Mini is in Activation Locked?
