Cancelling Apple Music

I have spent over an hour today trying to cancel my Apple Music, $9.99 a month. I am on my second Apple phone call as I type this. having waisted an hour with CapOne Visa who thought this was a dispute. NO, NO, NO. Just a simple cancellation of service. Now I am sufferinf another wait, 10;00 to 15:00 minutes with an Apple line. This is insane!!!!!!


Also, I believe the music service is on all three of my devices.
