Apple TV 4th Generation doesn't connect to WiFi or Ethernet

I have a Apple TV 4th Generation that I have been using for the last 3 years and I have been using Ethernet connection all this time.

All of a sudden, Apple TV stopped connecting to Internet because of network problem.

I tried connecting to WiFi but I am not getting WiFi option, only Ethernet option even when the cable is not connected to Ethernet port and all I see is junk IP whether Ethernet cable is connected or not.

There is no problem with my Router or Ethernet Cable as I am able to connect to WiFi with other devices and also able to connect Ethernet Cable to my MacBook and access Internet without any issues.

Tried restoring Apple TV using iTunes, but the issue still remains, can't connect to network.

I am trying to troubleshoot it for the last 2 weeks but I am not able to resolve it.

Can somebody please help me with that?
