message online surfing that apple id may be hacked

Recently i was trying to open a pdf on safari in private mode n i received a message “ APPLE ID may be hacked ! Due to recent visiting fraudulent/unaecured adult sites, your personal data and passwords can be stolen by cybercriminals via hidden advertising scripts. If they get access to your data, all devices linked to apple id may be at risk and may be blocked if no actions are taken

Install the most trusted security application and activate it for free to avoid possible loss of your APPLE ID and iCloud data “. then there was an option to install or cancel. i closed the window.

Is my apple id really hacked ? What should i do now?

iPhone 11, iOS 13
