No Service after the update

After updating the phone OS to iOS 13.4.1 I am getting no service. Before that I was working perfectly fine. Meanwhile I have performed hard reset and resetting the network setting also still nothing is working.

In the mobile data section the error shown is "An Update is needed to use the data on this mobile". Also in the About section of the phone the Network provider names is mentioned in Network Providers.

Please provide steps to downgrade to the previous version

If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support

Try this first if you did not yet...Reset your Network Settings.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

And/Or...Settings...Cellular...Network Selection...turn Automatic off...wait for the list to populate...could take a little time...then choose your Network...do not choose any other Network but yours another Network will not work...

I have performed all of the following steps mentioned here except for Carrier Update. Because I cannot see this menu option anywhere. My Phone is a global unlocked iphone 7.
