Can I add to the iOS 13 control center

Can I add a very loud horn sound to the iOS 13 control center for emergency warning? I'm looking for a way to play a loud sound with a minimum of app button presses when you have your iPhone in your pocket.

I suggest getting a dedicated device. While smart phones are wonderful and can replace many things in our lives, sometimes purpose made device is the better tool.

Good question deggie. Does anyone have a suggestion for using your iPhone or Apple Watch as a rapid access, loud alert device?

Your Watch would come closer to doing this but if you are looking for a loud noise that will cause a flight response it isn't going to be near loud enough (neither will your iPhone.
