Cannot locate ECG app???

I live in the US. I have an iPhone 8 plus with iOS 13.4.1 installed.

My apple watch is a series 4 with 6.2.1 installed

This watch used to have the ECG app. I reset it to pair with my wife's phone, and then switch back to mine. Unpaired/reset, and repaired with the 8 plus above.

No ECG app. I search for it on the apple watch store and it does not show up there either.

It used to be on my watch before the switching, etc.

What is going on? How do I get this app installed back on my watch?

Thanks for asking about the new ECG feature.

Check here for availability in your region: ECG

ECG requires the current non-beta version of iOS and watchOS. For additional help with the ECG feature on your Apple Watch, take a look at these articles.
