Default eMail on iPad Running iOS 13.4

I want to change the email that I use as the default on my iPad. I see no way of doing it. Please help.

Sorry, not possible.


Mail aliases are managed at a server-level. You only have one iCloud mail account - this being the credentials used to configure the account on your iPad.


Inbound mail arriving at the mail server, addressed to you by way of an alias, is delivered to your real mail address.

I think I provided a bad situation. I have one email account (iCloud) with 2 aliases. I want to choose one of the aliases as my default. I should have been more clear. I suspect that is why I am not seeing "Default Account" on my iPad? Thanks again for your help.
